A native of Bangalore, India, Dr. Balasubramanyam Krishniah is a graduate of the Mysore Medical College and Research Institute. He completed his internship and residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Hospital, New York, NY. Dr.K as he is popularly known, has been practicing in the upstate for 30+ has formed Palmetto Internal Medicine and Primary Care, PA, an independent practice. 

Dr.Krishniah is board certified in Internal Medicine and also is a Boardcertified Sonographer. This helps him to provide comprehensive care with diagnostics like Ultrasound, X-rays, Dexa, Labs, etc which leads him to come to a diagnosis quicker and care for patients in providing relief soon, all under one roof. Dr. Krishniah believes living a healthy lifestyle is the most effective way to prevent chronic illnesses and works with his patients to help them lead healthier lives. He enjoys helping patients understand their chronic conditions and empowering them to become their best self. In his free time, Dr. Krishniah enjoys golfing, biking, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.

Alicia received her BSN, MSN, and doctoral degree from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, South Carolina. She also has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Clemson University. 

She enjoys working with her patients to build a close relationship that can lead to improved health outcomes. She also prides herself on being diligent and thorough in patient care. When not practicing medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She enjoys going to the park with her kids and walking their dogs.

Nicole Kizer, FNP- BC, received her BSN from the Clemson University and worked at AnMed Health in neurology and then at Prisma Health in Telemetry as an RN. While working at Prisma Health, she went back to Clemson University for her Master’s degree as an FNP.

Nicole has a passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, daughter, and dog.

Jeremy Fuller, MS, FNP- BC, is a native of Easley, SC. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences, with a French minor, from Clemson University. He attended USC- Upstate for his bachelor of Science degree, with a concentration in Nursing. He received his Master of Science degree, with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner, from Clemson University. He has ten years of experience as a nurse and four years of experience as a nurse practitioner. His goal, as a nurse practitioner, is to provide compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care, to patients in all age groups. When not practicing medicine, he enjoys traveling the world with his fraternal twin brother, playing the piano, photography, and spending time with his family and friends.

Erica graduated from the University of Anderson with her Master of Science Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to graduation, Erica worked as a registered nurse at Prisma for six years.

She was drawn to Primary Care because she can treat the patient as a whole and get to know them on their health journey.

She and her husband have been married for 9 years this summer and have 2 children, aged 5 and 3. She enjoys reading and spending time with family.
